case you didn't know, there are celebrities who LOVE pole dancing! Take
for instance America's Sweetheart, Jennifer Aniston. She is learning
how to pole dance for an upcoming film with Emma Roberts. Emma says
Aniston is actually quite amazing on the pole!
Miss
Roberts even talks about how she likes to pole dance to keep up her
strength and muscle!
And,
in case you haven't heard, Beyonce was rumored to be taking pole
dancing classes before her Super Bowl half time show! Which we got a taste of during the show!
There
is also Sheila Kelly (Best known for her role in “Dancing at the
Blue Iguana” and “Matchstick Men.”) who says she used pole
fitness to train for her role in the “Dancing at the Blue Iguana”
and now uses it as part of her regular training routine because she
realized how the exercise made her more fit and lean and the fact
that it is really fun!

Sheila is 49 and looks this good! Maybe pole dancing is the secret to
keeping young? Hmm..
Even
the Spice Girls turned to the pole to gear back up for their reunion
tour! Look how amazing they look now!
