Pole Dancing Celebrities!

In case you didn't know, there are celebrities who LOVE pole dancing! Take for instance America's Sweetheart, Jennifer Aniston. She is learning how to pole dance for an upcoming film with Emma Roberts. Emma says Aniston is actually quite amazing on the pole!
Miss Roberts even talks about how she likes to pole dance to keep up her strength and muscle!
And, in case you haven't heard, Beyonce was rumored to be taking pole dancing classes before her Super Bowl half time show! Which we got a taste of during the show!
There is also Sheila Kelly (Best known for her role in “Dancing at the Blue Iguana” and “Matchstick Men.”) who says she used pole fitness to train for her role in the “Dancing at the Blue Iguana” and now uses it as part of her regular training routine because she realized how the exercise made her more fit and lean and the fact that it is really fun!

Btw- Sheila is 49 and looks this good! Maybe pole dancing is the secret to keeping young? Hmm..

Even the Spice Girls turned to the pole to gear back up for their reunion tour! Look how amazing they look now!

Look at Mel B.! She looks bootylicious!

Our favorite jail bird Lindsey Lohan uses pole dancing to make herself feel good and feminine and to keep up her upper body strength between drinking binges!
There is even some word that Jude Law took up pole fitness to get fit for a couple of his movies. Now that's a class I would like to be in!

Jessica Alba (Voted one of the sexiest women alive!), Jessica Simpson, Tori Spelling, Demi Moore, Madonna, Kate Moss, Kate Hudson, Cindy Crawford, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Teri Hatcher all agree pole fitness/dancing is one of the best ways to keep fit and strong!
In the word's of Kate Hudson (on the subject of pole dancing), “You don't know what you're missing until you try it out yourself!”

So, don't be shy! Come join us for a class! You may find pole fitness is the best thing you've ever tried! And you may find that your body will end up looking like a star!

How wonderful it is to be a bachelorette! You get to try on beautiful dresses, pick out gorgeous floral displays, try lots of yummy cake, have everyone beckon to your every need, and get down and dirty one last night before you tie the knot!
Wouldn't it be wonderful if someone made a checklist to help you rid your worries of having the perfect bachelorette party? Well, BOOM! Here it is sweet cheeks!

First of all, have a game plan of where you want to start the party. Does an early start sound good? Brunch with the girls is a great way to start a debaucherous day! We recommend starting your morning at the Pfunky Griddle. This super cute restaurant is delicious and fun for groups. You get to make your own breakfast AT your table, such as pancakes or potatoes. Yum!

Maybe you'd like a little bit of a late start? How about going to the spa in the afternoon and relaxing before hitting up the downtown scene? Or maybe you just want to wake around 3 pm and go straight into partying. Either way, have it mapped out! A well planned party, is a happy party.

Our favorites:
  • Restaurants – Smiling Elephant, Virago and Cabana
  • Spa – Escape Day Spa
  • Pole Dance Lessons – Miss Fit Academy, duh!

Next, pick a time and date. The sooner you do this, the better. If you need reservations for a certain place, get on it ASAP. Places like spas, restaurants, pole studios, etc. tend to book up earlier than you'd think. Don't miss out on a great opportunity because someone beat you to it.

Next, how are your lovely ladies getting around town? Make sure you have all transportation needs planned out in advance. It is difficult to park 15 cars downtown on a busy night and it can cost a fortune. Maybe a limo or a party bus is more practical? Which, BTW- if you have never been on a party bus, you haven't lived! They are especially great for getting you downtown after a pole party! That way you can practice all your moves on the bus!

Our Recommendations & Tips:
  • FADD's Party Bus Rentals. The Celebrity Bus is amazing!
  • Cabs can sometimes take up to two hours on a busy night to pick up a group or will often turn away groups. Split the group up into reasonable sizes and whatever you do don't mention the words "Bachelorette Party" to the cab operator.
  • Park your un-needed cars under the courthouse. Parking is just $5 a day and it's a short stroll to the hotels.
After a night of partying, it might be a good idea to just go ahead and stay downtown. Hotels are surprisingly affordable if you split the cost. And besides, who doesn't love staying in a hotel? You don't have to clean no matter how messy you leave it, the beds are always crazy comfortable, and you can get all the fancy food and drinks you want delivered right to your door!

Our Favorites:
  • Hotel Indigo
  • The Hermitage

Everything above should be done AT LEAST six months before the party.  Prevent frantic running around and book everything as early as possible! It will cut down on stress later on by knowing you have everything ready to go.

Now that you have all that planned out, time for the accessories!!! Get tons of fun things like veils with penises, penis shot glass necklaces, penis sucker rings, just anything with a penis on it!
